NAFIGATE goes Global

Nano tech 2012 was organized in Tokyo, Japan on 15 - 17 Feb 2012. This 3 day event was mainly aimed to highlight the cutting-edge nanotechnology based companies and their advances in products suitable tothe global market.
NAFIGATE actively participated as an exhibitor with the strong support of CzechInvest and in fact started its first marketing campaign outside Czech Republic to go global, also targeted to create beneficial interests among industrial membrane communities, equipment manufacturers, process industries, scientists, policy makers, NGOs, and business managers and demonstrate NAFIGATE offers in view of global demands and competiveness.
It was exciting to see NAFIGATE as a part of more than 500 participants who came from 51 countries around the world in this exhibition. Participating companies mainly displayed their innovations in the field of liquid filtration, electronics, environment, food & biotechnology, and the advanced materials that mainly include carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers, which are also interestingly the business themes of NAFIGATE a.s. as well. |

CzechInvest official representatives organized the introductory seminar on Czech Nano companies in the presentation corner, and presented the list of companies include NAFIGATE, and its mission and business focuses on the first day of exhibition, which received good turnouts.

Benefits of memberships such as opportunities for business partnerships, global networking, technological innovations through academic partners, research capacity offers that assure expanding the portfolio of business management excited the visitors. NAFIGATE’s main objective of reducing the gap between academic research and industrial applications was well received by the visitors. Nanofibers based companies (mainly from Japan, Czech and Korea), and academic experts from institutions showed more interests in knowing details from our presentation slides and the company-brochures, and also involved in discussions with our representative Dr. Velmurugan Thavasi, project manager of NAFIGATE Asia-Pacific to explore for areas of activities together with NAFIGATE.

Overall, NAFIGATE’s participation as an exhibitor in ‘nano tech 2012’ turned out to be successful show, served as the platform to show our vision, offers and benefits, also to identify new customers globally, their demands and also gain knowledge on the up-to-date nanotechnology developments and products.
