Brief description of the technological and manufacturing know-how for air filtration applications
Since 2006, know-how for development of nanofibrous applications for air filtration is formed under the leadership of L. Mares. During this time we created our comprehensive know-how, which includes:
Recipes for nanofiber applications in the field of personal protection / masks / cabin filters for cars, HVAC systems in buildings.
Industrial recipes for the production of nanofiber window nets including both: own production of nanofibrous layer and after treatment process.
Laboratory procedure of polymer spinning for industrial filtration at high temperatures.
Know-how consists of forms of intellectual property protection, industrial formulas and trade secret.
Currently we are running a project Know-how transfer for production of nanofibrous window nets and construction of a factory in Hebei Province in China. Others interested in this project are from Kazakhstan.
